I’m not a big fan of exercise classes. After teaching them for years, I’m always re-choreographing the routine, second-guessing the next move or yearning for a cooler playlist. These days, I’m more of a solitary exerciser when it comes to cardio. Turn up, train hard, shower, go – is my gym mantra.
