The last two mornings, I’ve got up pulled on my running gear only to be defeated by the pouring rain and icy wind. I failed hopelessly because I never really tried to succeed in the first place.  Every time, I go swimming it’s with my children and time in the pool is spent playing sharks/mermaids or getting splashed relentlessly. While my responsibilities and obligations might not be letting up any time soon, I know there are a few simple things I can do to replenish my energy levels throughout the day rather than propping myself up with coffee.
