We are in the process of expanding and will shortly be launching our beautiful new multi brand ecommerce website which will be a one-stop Wellness Store offering everything you need to lead a holistic lifestyle. The new website will stock the best of the best premium brands for all areas of wellness, from clothing for yoga and yoga accessories, to natural skin and bodycare and food supplements.

 

We are looking for a bright, proactive and flexible individual to assist with all the digital marketing areas of the business. Developing and co-ordinating our digital and social presence, you will be building awareness and promoting the Calmia brand as well as our partner brands through all available digital channels. The successful candidate will be a confident, well organised, self-motivated multi tasker, with excellent oral and written communication skills and a vibrant and positive attitude. This will be a full-time position based at our London office in De Beauvoir Town, N1.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

Digital Marketing

  • Preparing, building and circulating complete email campaigns (HTMLlinks, dynamic content, audience etc.) using Campaign Monitor email marketing software
  • Day to day management of SEO
  • Using accumulated data to target emails to key regions and customer segments
  • Devising, executing and managing paid media strategies including PPC
  • Optimising PPC and paid media for maximum performance
  • Monitoring and reporting on channel performance, tracking engagement, hits, sales and overall ROI
  • Liaising with partner brands stocked on the Calmia website to develop strategic complimentary marketing initiatives 
  • Sourcing and contacting the relevant Influencers to place stories and products to promote the Calmia brand and partner brands being sold on the Calmia website
  • Researching and keep up to date with trends and opportunities within the wellness industry to promote interest in our brand and create successful marketing/ promotional campaigns

 

Social Media

  • Coordinating the day-to-day running, growth and community management on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Carefully curating the channel feeds to fully reflect the brand
  • Planning, creating, editing and repurposing video blogs, featuring Lucy Wakefield as the figurehead of the brand and distributing content on all social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Creating and editing product photography and content for all social media platforms to enhance the brand
  • Excellent copywriting skills - perfect spelling and grammar. Creation of engaging copy that reflects the brand voice and identity
  • Building social media strategies and campaigns for every project, developing creative and innovative ideas to push the projects and brand forward
  • Developing ideas for posts and stories, including calendar curation and image selection
  • Monitor comments and communication on all social media channels actively engaging with the community

 

Website Administration

  • Uploading products to our multi brand website and other online channels
  • Uploading content to the Calmia emagazine
  • Continuous improvement of product pages and images, ensuring that all stock is up to date and relevant 
  • Adding and updating customer data to the customer database
  • Liaising with the Accounts Manager to set stock prices across all e-commerce channels

 

Customer Service 

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Dealing with/resolving any customer queries or complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitoring website product reviews and emagazine comments, addressing any issues raised by customers or partnership brands

 

Essential Skills

  • At least 6 months experience in a relevant role i.e. ecommerce marketing
  • You will have a positive attitude, pride yourself on a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail and be dependable.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Proven track record in the successful promotion of commercial consumer products or services through social media channels. Must be knowledgeable and experienced in effectively using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Hootsuite.
  • Understanding of SEO including Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Google Analytics
  • Previous experience using Campaign Monitor email marketing software
  • Knowledge of/experienced in making and editing video blogs using video editing apps such as iMovie, Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut

 

Desirable Skills

  • Educated to degree level
  • Interest in photography and videography
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator
  • Experience of using the Amazon Seller Central backend system
  • A personal interest in and commitment to natural wellbeing, yoga and holistic living would be an advantage

We are looking for a bright, proactive and flexible individual to assist with all things creative. You will work closely alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, designing marketing collateral including weekly email newsletters, social media content and web assets. You will have the opportunity to grow the digital side of the business as we develop the new multi brand website, brainstorming new visions for the brand and creating new imagery and videos. 

 

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Calmia brand and its on-going strategy, a good eye for design and images and the ability to help push the brand forward creatively.

 

You will need to be able to produce print-ready artworks for prints, packaging, brochures and other printed items and to liaise with factories and suppliers, to ensure artwork is received, understood and interpreted correctly.

 

The successful candidate will be a confident, well organised, self-motivated multi tasker, with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail. An interest in wellbeing, yoga and holistic living is desirable, but is not essential. 

This will be a full-time position based at our London office in De Beauvoir Town, N1.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Working collaboratively with the marketing manager on print & digital projects including digital content, social media adverts, website banners, weekly custom newsletters and promotional material
  • Designing layout visuals for the Calmia website and online magazine, for desktop, tablet and mobile applications
  • Producing branded motifs and prints to be used on clothing and other products
  • Preparing artwork for marketing material to be print-ready
  • Creating images and graphics that enhance the brand e.g. photos, vector graphics, infographics
  • Designing packaging artwork and visuals for Calmia own brand products
  • Drawing up product sketches and producing clothing and product tech packs in Adobe Illustrator
  • Maintaining the Calmia photo library, managing and constantly adding to stock image/ photoshoot library
  • Assisting on photographic and video shoots as required. This will range from professional shoots to basic photography of products for website and marketing use
  • Retouching and resizing product and blog images ready for uploading onto the website
  • Creating and editing video blogs, featuring Lucy Wakefield, in iMovie, Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut
  • Creating presentations for pitches in collaboration with the Directors
  • Any other design related activities as required

 

Essential Skills and Experience

 

  • A minimum of 6 months’ work experience in-house and/or at an agency in a relevant role i.e. creative artworker, graphic designer, creative content
  • An interest in all things digital, and designing for digital output and applications
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD and/or Sketch applications
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Apple Keynote.
  • Ability to create designs following strict brand guidelines
  • Able to multitask, managing many projects at once, excellent organisation and problem solving skills, as well as a meticulous eye for detail
  • You will have a positive attitude, pride yourself on a strong work ethic and be dependable.
  • Good communication skills and an approachable and friendly manner.

 

Desirable Skills

 

  • Educated to degree level (in a related creative field)
  • Interest in photography and videography
  • Experienced in making and editing videos using iMovie, Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut
  • Experience of Amazon Seller Central or other website management systems
  • Proactive and goal-orientated individual
